The design service deals with all the necessary procedures to obtain Planning and Building Regulations approval.

The business directly employs two full time qualified tradesmen, and has access to specialists to carry at jobs such as electrical work and gas fitting which require certified operatives. The company is managed by Lee whitehead and John holland that has been involved in the building design and construction management for over 20 years.
